Shipping policy

The majority of items are handmade with care. Resin in particular has an average cure time of a minimum 24 hours, and may need time to harden depending on the piece. Please allow 3-5 days for processing before shipping, although most will occur during 2 days. During busy seasons processing may take a full 7 business days.

• All orders no matter the size are provided with tracking information.
• Please wait until the total amount of processing and shipping days have passed before contacting about a late order.
• We provide insurance via Route. Opting out of the Route insurance means we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you file a claim via Route, we will reimburse you or replace the item.
