Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any and all Sparrow and Lily products. So we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All items are shipped with tracking, the 30th day is 30 days from the date of delivery according to the shipping company.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@shopsparrowandlily.com with the subject, "Return" for approval before mailing back the item. Please include your order number, name, and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages/Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
  • We strongly suggest you include tracking on the returns, as we will not assume responsibility of a lost package.
  • We are not responsible for incorrectly entered information. Please verify that you have typed in the correct shipping address.
  • Once received, we will inspect the item and send a confirmation email of the processed return.
  • If your refund is approved, it will automatically be assigned to the original form of payment. Please note, most banks have a 7-10 business day policy regarding funds being returned to an account.

Lost or Stolen Items

We now offer package insurance via Route. It is preselected in your cart and can easily be removed and unselected. Please be aware, if you opt out of the insurance, Sparrow and Lily is not liable for lost or stolen items.
